- Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production equipment
- Minimise downtime and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
- Assist with machine upgrades and installations
- Maintain clear and accurate maintenance documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and OH&S requirements
- Work collaboratively across production and quality teams
- Trade Qualified Fitter - Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
- Proven experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (essential)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of GMP & HACCP compliance
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and a strong team player
