Our client, a well-established and reputable Commercial Property Landlord is seeking a Commercial Property Assistant to join their team assisting in property management and facilities management duties.This would be a great opportunity for someone studying property (university student) or someone with a bit of experience within facilities coordination, property management, or admin experience supporting property teams.This role can be part-time (3 days a week) or full-time depending on the successful candidate.Benefits include:

The Role
The Commercial Property Assistant will provide support to the Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of office and retail assets.Duties include:
  • Managing communications with tenants
  • Coordinate/ monitor all contractor work
  • Ensure preventative and reactive maintenance completed
  • Updating tenancy records
  • Monitoring arrears
  • Assisting with rental and outgoings process
  • Maintain records in system
  • Raising and tracking work orders
  • Coordinate and assist with building inspections
  • Admin assistance & other ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in MRI and/or MyBuildings a bonus but not required
