We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.About the opportunity:In this role you will work closely with our CBD1 team in delivering exemplary customer service and effectively managing a portfolio of commercial assets by performing a mixture of leasing and property management tasks.You might be an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager from the commercial industry who is ready to take full advantage of this chance for succession planning, personal growth, and development.A snapshot of the day-to-day duties:Liaising with landlords/ tenants being a key point of contactManaging leasing arrangements and critical datesProperty inspectionsReportingAttending internal/ external meetingsMaintenance of the financial and legal aspects of the portfolio using the JLL Property Management systemAuthorising accounts and invoices for paymentWorking closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implementing future process improvementsWhat are we looking for:You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated property professional, and hold a strong attention to detail. You also have knowledge of the commercial market with good financial acumen and exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.You bring the passion and a ‘can-do’ attitude, and we will help enhance that passion into a career in property where you will learn to ‘anticipate and meet the needs of our assets and clients’ and to help build a better tomorrow.A NSW Certificate of Registration is required.

Understand of MRI or other similar Property Management system is desirable
Strong Word and Excel skills
Good Communication – Written and Verbal
Has a reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service towards clients, tenants, and contractors
