As part of the afternoon shift operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting faults, and performing preventative maintenance – all while adhering to site safety and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs across a range of equipment
Troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime and ensure smooth production
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance standards
Work closely with maintenance and production teams

What You’ll Need:

Mechanical trade qualification or relevant certification
Proven experience in mechanical fault finding and repairs
Understanding of preventative maintenance practices
Commitment to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
Experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment (preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
