Strategic Alignment:

Ensures individual projects within the program contribute to the overall business strategy and objectives

Project Coordination:

Manages interdependencies between projects, coordinating resources and activities to avoid redundancy and ensure smooth execution

Risk Management:

Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and manages issues that may impact program delivery

Resource Management:

Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources (budget, personnel, etc.) across the program

Stakeholder Management:

Maintains communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle

Performance Monitoring:

Tracks program progress, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies areas for improvement

Change Management:

Facilitates organizational changes resulting from the program, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processesEssential Skills:

Leadership:

Guides and motivates project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Communication:

Effectively communicates with diverse stakeholders, both written and verbal

Problem-Solving:

Identifies and resolves issues that may arise during program execution

Organizational Skills:

Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively

Technical Proficiency:
