- Support the execution of SAP projects including project planning and coordination to ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Assist in project setup in SAP ByDesign, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with organisational standards.
- Support invoicing & forecast process and financial reporting, validating data against sales orders to maintain budget compliance.
- Set up and maintain project workspaces in Smartsheet's and SAP Cloud ALM, including loading accelerator content for efficient project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project templates in the correct formats, standardising documentation across initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate workshops, meetings, and travel, ensuring smooth operations for project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage and track improvement requests, driving them to completion with transparency and customer visibility.
- Support project compliance, and document control, ensuring projects adhere to organisational standards.
- Assist with post-project activities, including lessons learned and project closure documentation.
- Communicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Information Systems or related University Degree
- A minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience in a system project delivery industry or environment
- SAP S/4HANA (Public and Private Cloud) and SuccessFactors experience is desirable, however is not essential
- An approachable, supportive and can-do attitude
- Great stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse group of people
- Knowledge and understanding of project management processes and methodologies
- Ability to deliver high quality and accurate written and verbal communication, including confident presentation skills.
- Adaptability to work within a dynamic environment, with continuously changing circumstances and priorities.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven project environment
- Ability to handle ambiguity and ‘own' activities through to completion
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills coupled with demonstrated commercial and business acumen
