Job Category: Administration and Customer ServiceJob Description:As the Asset & Performance Lead, you'll be responsible for implementing and enhancing asset management systems, monitoring KPIs, and delivering insights that support continuous improvement and contractual compliance.Key responsibilities

Lead the implementation, governance, and optimisation of asset management systems.
Monitor and analyse contract KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
Support compliance with ISO 55000 principles and other relevant asset management standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in asset and performance management.

What you'll bring

Degree in Asset Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in asset management within road maintenance or a similar industry.
Strong proficiency in asset management platforms and data tools (e.g. GIS, SQL).
Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
