Cafe Supervisor

• Be the face of a newly developing Café operation.
• Can offer Part Time or Full Time depending on your availability.
• Lead the team in setting the standards for fun and great service.

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
• Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.
• Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.

• Strong Barista experience as well as able to lead a small team.
• Able to engage with a diverse clientele, from parents to school Executives.
• Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management.
• Hold a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
