- Facilitating the planning phase which includes guiding the team in identifying areas for improvement, setting clear goals and developing action plans
- Ensuring proper implementation by overseeing the execution of the planned changes, ensuring that they are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Monitoring and evaluating results including tracking progress, collecting data and analysing the impact of the implemented changes
- Driving continuous improvement based on the evaluation, either standardizing successful changes or identifying areas for further refinement and restarting the cycle
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to embrace the PDCA cycle and actively participating in the improvement process
- Act as a leader and facilitator in the pursuit of ongoing process optimization utilising the PDCA framework
- Ability to work unsupervised, manage projects and support outcomes whilst being part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in technical English
- Methodical approach to solving a variety of problems and implementing solutions
- Understanding of a meat processing environment or previous experience in a PDCA role related to any manufacturing business
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
