We are currently seeking a Regional Retail Manager to lead multiple showrooms across Sydney. You will work closely with Showroom Managers to enhance the customer experience, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen our brand across NSW.
This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer with a proven track record in coaching selling skills, managing performance, and inspiring geographically dispersed teams. Your success will build from previous experiences as a Regional Manager (retail preferred) and authentic leadership — being a natural coach who motivates, guides, inspires, and challenges your team to deliver exceptional customer experiencesWhat’s on offer

Job Description
  • Lead, inspire and engage high-performing showroom teams across your region
  • Monitor KPIs and manage the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targets
  • Use initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
  • Recruit, source and develop your team to be leaders in their own right
  • Be a culture ambassador, sharing your passion for retail, customer experience and celebrating shared wins
  • Train and develop showroom teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage rosters to maximise showroom staff coverage
  • Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising
Qualifications
  • Significant multi-site retail management experience with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Demonstrated track record in driving sales performance through training, coaching, and KPI management
  • Strong skills in managing conflict and resolving customer complaints
  • Experience in premium, high-value retail environments
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with standards across customer orders, visual presentation, and team performance
