As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Essential Assessment (EA) team, our Primary Mathematics and English assessment platform trusted by nearly 3,000 schools across Australia. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth within an existing portfolio of EA subscribers by building strong, long-term relationships with schools. You’ll help them unlock the full value of EA, identify opportunities for expansion and ensure seamless renewals. Working closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams, you’ll support schools to achieve their goals while also contributing valuable insights that shape our products, strategy and future growth.This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity, based in Melbourne.What you will do
  • Proactively identify and close opportunities to expand EA’s footprint within existing schools (e.g. adding English or additional year groups)
  • Lead upsell conversations and product demonstrations tailored to school needs and goals
  • Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline in HubSpot, tracking all upsell deals and monitoring progress
  • Engage regularly with schools to resolve challenges, highlight the value of EA and secure renewals
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting EA’s impact and ensuring we have a strong presence in the market
  • Capture and share valuable customer insights and market trends with the wider team, helping inform product development and business decisions
About you
  • A proven track record of identifying upsell opportunities, growing accounts & achieving quotas
  • Understanding of the K–12 Australian education landscape and the challenges schools face
  • Experience leading sales conversations and product demos
  • Demonstrated success in building long term partnerships with customers, ideally within schools or the education sector
  • The ability to quickly build trust and become a valued advisor to decision makers
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting schools to achieve better outcomes
  • Confidence presenting to a range of audiences, both online and in person (teachers, principals, leadership teams)
  • Strong skills in using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) to manage opportunities and track performance
  • A collaborative working style, partnering effectively with Customer Success, Sales and other internal teams to deliver the best possible results
