Core is partnering with a long-standing Client with a reputation for delivering high-quality structural concrete services in the Energy, electricity, bridge, dam and mining sectors with a focus on FRP Package of Projects anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.The RoleDue to being awarded several new projects due to start in the coming months, they are looking for accomplished engineers with track record in Civil construction. As the Project Engineer, you will be in charge of the structural components, safety assurance, execution of projects that involve temporary works, formwork, reo, and concrete pouring.Responsibilities:

Project delivery according to budget, program and specific project objectives.
Working with the Site Foreman and managing site activities.
Subcontractor coordination and management.
Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports (addressing the performance of the section, areas of concern and opportunities).
Assisting in claims, variations in time and further contractual obligations.
Cost control incl. cost to date tracking and cost to complete forecast.
Ensuring all project Quality Assurance, OH&S and Environmental requirements are documented and implemented.

Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
5-7 Years of experience
Have Budget and financial management skills
Contract Administration / Claims and Variation experience
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
