About your new role:We are actively looking for talented and motivated Repair Technicians to join our valued client, in Tullamarine, working with electronic equipment. Entry level immediate opportunities are available for day shift positions.You will be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving issues across a diverse range of electronic equipment such as scanners, mobile phones, and printers. This includes conducting diagnostics, repairing, or replacing faulty components, and ensuring operational functionality.This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment. While prior experience in electronics or IT is advantageous, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.Your duties and responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in scanners, mobile phones, and printers
Repairing and refurbishing devices, including disassembly, software/firmware installation, and operational testing
Completing repairs to meet company, customer, and SLA standards
Communicating effectively with customers to provide updates and support
Keeping accurate repair records using ERP systems

Qualifications:

A technical certification or relevant experience (preferred)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to use diagnostic tools, electric screwdrivers, and other hand tools
A high level of attention to detail and focus on quality
Strong organisational skills - able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to pass a police check
