- Perform detailed spend analysis, market research, and supplier performance reviews.
- Deliver reports and insights to enhance category strategies and sourcing decisions.
- Uncover opportunities to drive cost savings and supplier consolidation.
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Coupa, and SAP Ariba to extract and analyse procurement data.
- Provide meaningful insights for supplier segmentation and risk mitigation.
- Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support RFI/RFP development, evaluation, and contract award processes.
- Manage documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance.
- Support supplier risk assessments and continuous performance monitoring.
- Contribute to developing supplier scorecards and improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Senior Category Managers, Legal, Finance, and project teams.
- Support cross-functional procurement initiatives and transformation projects.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
- Solid experience in procurement, category management, or data analytics
- Strong analytical skills and Excel/Power BI proficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent time management and project coordination experience
- Experience with sourcing events and contract administration
- Familiarity with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba)
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or services industries
- Understanding of ESG and supplier risk frameworks
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management methodologies
