Learn more about what Hall & Wilcox can offer you:About the role and teamWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Growth Manager to join our Business Development, Marketing & Communications team.This role is responsible for driving the firm’s focus on client growth, including managing and creating engagement in a range of client-based programs and initiatives.The Business Development, Marketing & Communications team comprises specialists across all areas of professional services BD and marketing. The team is recognised at the firm for its insight and experience and is valued across the partnership. The team is respectful and supportive, with a focus on having fun while working hard. The team operates nationally and has been working flexibly for 15+ years.You will be responsible for:
  • leading and managing multiple client programs, including growth clients and prospects;
  • collaborating with Client Leads, BD & Client Managers to plan objectives, coach stakeholders, and drive client engagement;
  • developing and implementing tools and processes to support client growth and track performance against targets;
  • leading and supporting Pulse meetings with clients, including preparation, follow-up, and outcome tracking;
  • collaborating with Client Leads and BD & Client Managers to identify opportunities, ensure accountability, and measure impact;
  • designing and delivering internal initiatives, including training programs, knowledge hubs, and engagement campaigns; and
  • contributing to client development strategies, including value propositions, solution design, and go-to-market planning.
About youYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:
  • a minimum of 12 years’ experience, including more than six years in senior client and business development roles within corporate law firms.
  • proven ability to build strong internal and external networks within matrix structures to enhance cross-collaboration.
  • be skilled in stakeholder management, including navigating difficult conversations and balancing priorities.
  • strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • high emotional intelligence and understanding of diverse working styles, with excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • demonstrated business acumen, communication skills, and a proactive, flexible approach to driving strategic outcomes.
