- leading and managing multiple client programs, including growth clients and prospects;
- collaborating with Client Leads, BD & Client Managers to plan objectives, coach stakeholders, and drive client engagement;
- developing and implementing tools and processes to support client growth and track performance against targets;
- leading and supporting Pulse meetings with clients, including preparation, follow-up, and outcome tracking;
- collaborating with Client Leads and BD & Client Managers to identify opportunities, ensure accountability, and measure impact;
- designing and delivering internal initiatives, including training programs, knowledge hubs, and engagement campaigns; and
- contributing to client development strategies, including value propositions, solution design, and go-to-market planning.
- a minimum of 12 years’ experience, including more than six years in senior client and business development roles within corporate law firms.
- proven ability to build strong internal and external networks within matrix structures to enhance cross-collaboration.
- be skilled in stakeholder management, including navigating difficult conversations and balancing priorities.
- strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- high emotional intelligence and understanding of diverse working styles, with excellent influencing and negotiation abilities.
- demonstrated business acumen, communication skills, and a proactive, flexible approach to driving strategic outcomes.
