- You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client engagement teams across various sectors.
- You will contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions and/or projects, by delivering agreed activities, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.
- You will assist your client engagement teams by helping to identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve process efficiency, effectiveness and business performance.
- You will be accountable for delivering your own work and meeting required targets which impact the immediate team.
- You will be able to leverage EY's global network to support you in identifying solutions which solve our clients' biggest problems and support them on their transformation journey
- Broad awareness of the technical principles involved in the delivery of internal audits and different service offerings.
- Ability to understand and apply the correct methodology, tools and technology.
- Ability to develop rapport with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and their needs.
- Communicates effectively with engagement teams and clients through careful questioning and listening.
- Ability to present and deliver facts and analyses in ways that keep the listener's attention.
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture.
- Ability to build relationships with clients to better understand their businesses and provide relevant insights.
- The skills to apply a structured approach to project management and documentation, and execution of internal audit methodologies.
