Management Accountant$100,000 + Super | Full-Time | Western Suburbs LocationA national business is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support end-to-end reporting, budgeting, and payroll functions. This is a broad role with strong visibility across finance and operations.If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being close to the numbers and the business, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Prepare monthly journals, reconciliations, and reporting packsOversee fixed assets, including tracking, depreciation, and disposalsAnalyse business unit costs, recharges, and internal transfersSupport with budgeting, forecasting, and cost modellingManage payroll oversight and ensure compliance with payroll-related legislationCollaborate with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and performance trackingAssist with preparation of BAS and other compliance documentationMaintain data integrity across systems including ERP and expense platformsLiaise with auditors and support end-of-year processesWhat You'll Bring:Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or similarCPA or CA qualified (or currently working towards)At least 3 years' experience in a similar commercial finance or management accounting roleStrong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of cost centres and reporting structuresExperience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, with strong Excel skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProactive, reliable, and capable of working independently when requiredWhat's on Offer:$100,000 + SuperDiverse and commercially focused accounting roleSupportive finance manager and collaborative team cultureExposure to both strategic and day-to-day financial activitiesOn-site parking and accessible Western Brisbane locationInterested?
