With a focus on continuous improvement and a supportive team environment, it offers the chance to contribute to meaningful business outcomes while developing your career.Due to an expanding portfolio, they are now seeking a Management Accountant to join their Brisbane based team.The RoleReporting to the Head of Finance, this Management Accountant role is pivotal in driving business performance through insightful analysis and reporting. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across multiple operations, while providing decision support to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles
Preparing accurate and timely management reports at operational and group level
Supporting month-end processes including balance sheet reconciliations
Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decision-making
Analysing cost structures, performance metrics, and capital projects for efficiency gains
Driving process improvements across reporting, systems, and controls
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing timely insights

About YouYou will be degree qualified in Accounting or Finance and CA/CPA qualified (or near completion). With proven experience in management accounting, you’re confident working across budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. You bring strong commercial acumen and enjoy using data to influence decisions and drive performance. Naturally detail focused and organised, you’re equally comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders as you are working hands-on in the numbers.
