You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Flexible part-time Educational Leader role, offering 30 hours per week with 5 hours of non-contact time, ideal for Diploma-qualified professionals.
Ballajura Centre has been operational for over 14 years, providing consistent education and care to the community.
Strong focus on mentoring and supporting educators to enhance the quality of learning and development for children.

You'll need:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current WA Working with Children Check
