Join Ventia on our Defence & Social Infrastructure contract, where your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do:

Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across Defence sites
Manage work orders, parts requisitions, and performance reporting via MILIS / SAP
Liaise with internal teams and Defence clients to meet operational needs
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes
Support SHEQ excellence and contribute to a safe, high-performing culture

What You Bring:

Previous experience in planning/scheduling in a maintenance environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and MILIS (desirable)
Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
