An opportunity to take your expertise in journalism, copywriting or content development in-house with a global luxury brand and craft content and brand stories that will build brand loyalty, revenue growth and customer engagement. Working within the CRM team you’ll be responsible for managing people in this role and working collaboratively with marketing, martech, data, design and merchandising experts to deliver world class content that will be distributed in newsletter, eDM, SMS and client outreach.Overlaying your strong editorial and story-telling ability will be your understanding of CRM best practice including personalisation strategy, privacy and channel-specific content requirements. Working at a global scale you’ll also be required to understand nuances of different markets, translation across markets and help your team elevate content quality across all communications. You’ll manage editorial planning, content calendars and execution of campaigns collaborating with a broad stakeholder base.Your background ideally demonstrates a deep understanding of theluxury / premium brand sector across lifestyle, beauty or fashion sectors and you hold a degree in Journalism, Marketing or Business.
