
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

- Prepare internal reports and slide decks (e.g. GTM updates, agent engagement summaries)
- Analyse and visualise key numbers (e.g. TOVC trends, agent tiers, campaign performance)
- Draft and format internal and external communications
- Prep Sales Leads ahead of meetings with stakeholder notes, agendas and data insights
- Maintain initiative trackers, calendars and team action plans
- Identify revenue opportunities and flag at risk agents
- Monitor BDM sales activity and provide feedback to Sales Managers
- Preparation and delivery of monthly Reddii Reports
- Build and distribute Deal of the Week / Trending Offers EDMs
- Draft LinkedIn content, agent updates, and partner communications
- Support event planning and logistics (e.g. agent events, expos)
- Triage agent queries and maintain agent feedback logs
- Work with wider team to support building Salesforce records and prepare enablement materials
- Monitor platform usage and flag inactive agents for follow-up
- Assist with onboarding comms and education session logistics
- 2+ years experience in a B2B or B2C Marketing role or similar
- Experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Tableau and Canvas highly regarded
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with member programs highly regarded
