As a Client Intake Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing all new client incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Collecting relevant client data
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into our case management system
  • Referring calls and enquiries to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring phones are responded to expeditiously
When not responding to enquiries, performing Paralegal tasks such as
  • Preparing legal correspondence and court documents;
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, etc;
  • File management using our legal management software;
  • Preparing and editing correspondence
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to client care, strong organisational abilities, and an understanding of confidentiality requirements within a legal setting. You will be comfortable working in a call center type of environment where responding to phone calls is an absolute priority.Desired Skills and ExperienceYou will ideally be currently completing your undergraduate studies and available to work full-time. You will have:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Experience in high volume customer service or call centre roles within a legal or professional services environment
  • Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
