- Managing all new client incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Collecting relevant client data
- Ensuring accurate data entry into our case management system
- Referring calls and enquiries to relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring phones are responded to expeditiously
- Preparing legal correspondence and court documents;
- General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, etc;
- File management using our legal management software;
- Preparing and editing correspondence
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Experience in high volume customer service or call centre roles within a legal or professional services environment
- Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
