Reporting directly to the Director, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing key operational and growth-focused areas of the business. Depending on experience, the focus may lean towards events, business development, or hospitality service, particularly during peak seasons.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving local and domestic business development opportunities
- Supporting the delivery of events and experiences for up to 400 guests
- Assisting with daily hospitality service operations as required
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Leading and motivating a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Proven experience in hospitality, events, sales, or tourism management
- Strong background in business development or wine sales (highly regarded)
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and organisational skills
- A hands-on, flexible approach with the ability to adapt across functions
