But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.We're looking for a hands-on product leader to shape the future of Canva's AI-first productivity tools - from Presentations and Docs to Sheets, Whiteboards, and more. You'll lead cross-functional teams to build AI-powered experiences that drive growth, focusing on enterprise and pro users. Your work will enhance cross-doctype workflows, elevate the presentation experience, and unlock seamless, impactful moments across the suite.This is a unique opportunity to lead a newly formed group focused on transforming how millions of people create and collaborate with productivity tools powered by AI.At the moment, this role is focused on:
  • Owning and driving the product strategy for Canva's productivity products, reimagining workflows with AI at the core
  • Leading and mentoring PMs across all productivity surfaces, aligning teams around shared goals and AI-powered experiences
  • Partnering with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to bring magical, cross-doctype workflows to life
  • Deeply understand enterprise, pro and SMB users - and ensure we're building for their needs
  • Influencing the broader Canva product org, evangelising the value of the productivity suite and driving cross-company alignment
You're probably a match if
  • You are an experienced product leader, leading product teams focusing on AI-powered experiences, productivity tools, or B2B software. Founder experience is a big advantage.
  • You are passionate about the user and building delightful user experiences, particularly for enterprise and professional segments.
  • You are a coach and builder who is hands-on, humble, and thrives in ambiguity.
  • You have a track record of delivering impact through user growth and revenue.
  • You are comfortable leading through complexity, influencing across teams and orgs.
