- Prepare monthly management and financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., AASB/IFRS)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and auditors
- Assist with process improvements and systems enhancements
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Prior experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- Available to commence at short notice (preferred)
