- Build and deliver complex, data-led campaigns using enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms, ensuring each campaign is timely, accurate, and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Migrate existing multi-channel customer journeys into a new marketing automation environment, translating business needs into scalable, high-quality campaign builds.
- Map out end-to-end journeys and own the technical delivery, from configuration through to rigorous quality assurance and performance measurement.
- Define and implement campaign performance metrics, using data insights to advise stakeholders and continuously optimise results.
- Ensure campaign activity is fully compliant with relevant privacy, spam and consent legislation, with meticulous attention to data integrity and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain robust campaign documentation, including run sheets and technical processes to support repeatability and auditability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including digital, product, analytics, risk and compliance to ensure campaign solutions are fit-for-purpose and deliver measurable business value.

- Proven experience in campaign delivery or marketing automation, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise-grade platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Unica), and a strong understanding of campaign build and deployment processes.
- Confident managing complex multi-channel customer journeys with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with privacy, spam, and consent regulations, and a track record of applying these in a practical campaign context.
- Exposure to SQL or other data tools for campaign targeting or reporting.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in environments undergoing platform migrations or marketing technology upgrades is highly regarded.
