An immediate opportunity to lead a payroll system changeover for a global professional services firm. 5-month contract. Hybrid work available.About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new payroll system (transitioning from ADP to Frontier) for a well-established, global law firm. This is a 5-month contract role with an immediate start.
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, working closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive the payroll system implementation from initiation to delivery
- Work across HR, IT, and Finance to align business requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual deliverables are met
- Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies
- Prepare project documentation and status reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian payroll regulations
- Demonstrated experience delivering payroll or HRIS change projects
- Familiarity with ADP and/or Frontier platforms is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured, professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
