- Serve as a key member of the Salesforce team, accountable for design and development of solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience cloud.
- Designing and implementing scalable Sales and Service solutions for multiple business units (supporting B2B & B2C)
- Understand user pain-points and future requirements
- Define the platform roadmap, with a cross-functional team
- Environment management
- Implementation planning and cutover execution
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the platform, including issue resolution, debugging and production support
- Build and support Experience cloud sites (communities)
- Build and maintain dashboards and recipes using CRM Analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM development with proven end-to-end delivery success
- A strategic problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a track record of overcoming tough technical challenges
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and organizational coordination
- Ability to design scalable, future-ready solutions that drive continuous improvement
- Experience supporting both production and non-production environments
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including implementation of complex access controls
- Proficient in Apex, including design patterns, asynchronous processing, and custom API development
- Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Component Development
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Apex & UI testing frameworks, and tools like Jira & Confluence
- Expertise in Declarative Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards
- Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM)

- Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
