The position involves management of patients in General Gastroenterology, IBD, chronic liver disease, and both diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopy.

The right applicants will play a key role in developing health care at both patient and system levels.
The successful candidates will provide specialist diagnosis, treatment, and care for public patients.
They will provide a consultative service in Gastroenterology to other disciplines within the Department of Health.The Hospital:

Essential Requirements
Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialtyApplicants should note the following requirements are desirable.
  • Experience in assessment of motility disorders including oesophageal manometry/pH testing would be desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in Assessment and management of Liver diseases and/or IBD would be desirable but not essential.
