Senior Associate - Construction, Infrastructure & ProjectsIn this role, you'll work side-by-side with a brilliant and nationally recognised partner, who is widely known and highly respected in the sector, for their deep expertise, commercial pragmatism, and collaborative leadership style.This is a rare opportunity to fast-track your development under the guidance of a truly respected leader in the field.The WorkYou'll be advising developers, contractors, and all levels of government on a range of front-end construction and infrastructure matters, including:

Drafting and negotiating complex construction, project, and commercial agreements
Advising on procurement methods
Supporting infrastructure delivery across aged care, education, residential, community, utilities, and sport
Claims management, tender documentation, and contract strategy
Client engagement and marketing initiatives to drive practice growth
Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a positive, high-performance team

About YouYou will be a technically sharp, commercially savvy lawyer with at least 5-7+ years PAE in construction, infrastructure, or major projects. You will be confident managing matters, but still keen to learn and grow. You will enjoy the responsibility of client-facing work, and you want to build a career, alongside the industry's best.About You

Proven experience drafting and negotiating front-end project contracts
The ability to navigate complex regulatory and commercial frameworks
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, from contractors to government
A proactive mindset, curiosity, and genuine interest in growing a practice
