Solar Operations Manager

- Seeking a technically-minded professional with a strong background in Solar
- Ideally with experience as a Supervisor or Manager within operations, projects or service
- Electrical background preferred, though also open to Solar Technical Support, Engineering, OEM experience, or other relevant Trade.
- This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday – Friday.
- Oversee 10+ installs per day
- Be the point of contact for on-day issues
- Advise on system designs, equipment, regulations and codes
- Perform desktop checks for design, quality and compliance
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance
- Occasional travel to perform onsite inspections
- Electrical Trade Cert or other relevant Solar industry experience
- Current A Grade licence preferred
- Knowledge of install, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Familiar with Australian standards AS477, 5139 and 5033
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- SAA or CEC Accreditation preferred
- Salary $130,000 – $150,000 + Super (may be negotiable)
