Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal seeking a role managing files from A-Z at a boutique commercial CBD law firm?About the roleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to work on residential house and land, OTP sales and purchase files, and Strata Title files.Your daily duties will include:

Contract perusal,
Preparing and drafting first and final letters,
Online searches,
Preparing settlement statements, managing PEXA, and attending to stamping and registration,
Assisting clients and supporting the team with general administration duties.
