Supporting the Property department

The roleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support 2 Partners of a dynamic mid tier law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Your duties include:

Dealing with clients, Brokers, other Solicitors
first and final letters, on line searches,
Following up on outstanding conditions
Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
and general file management duties.

You will settle approximately 30-40 files a month with administration support.Your experienceYou will have a minimum of 4 years conveyancing paralegal experience. You will also have outstanding communication skills and client service skills.The firm / SalaryDynamic law firm of 55 staff with top tier quality work and systems, plus a supportive team.
