We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Carer committed to providing compassionate support to elderly clients aged 65 and over, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.Do you meet these minimum requirements?✔Live near: Ballarat & surrounding suburbs✔Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence - sorry but we can't accept International licences✔Own registered and insured car - shared/rental vehicles not applicable✔Australian working rights - No visa sponsorship available✔Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced Carers)✔ Commitment to our awesome paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start!   • Open to Experienced Carers with 12+ months of personal care experience and/or are qualified within healthcare
  • Permanent Part-Time
  • Contract hours: 30+ hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
  • Hourly Rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time

  • Personal Care: assist customers with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Domestic assistance: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general chores around the house
  • Social support: transportation to appointments & social outings, shopping and providing emotional support and companionship
  • Administration: reporting and progress notes
