Main tasks: Your primary function is to sell industry-leading diagnostic products in Melbourne's western suburbs and some regional parts of Victoria in that area. Customers will include various medical environments, education institutions, and laboratories.Other tasks:
- Work with existing and prospective customers, selling high-quality solutions
- Utilise your solution-oriented sales approach to match products with client needs
- Spend at least 70% of your time working with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and video conference when required
- Design and implement effective sales management plans for your region
- Provide customer problem-solving and troubleshooting support to ensure seamless product adoption and usage
- Use the business CRM to its full capacity, efficiently managing your sales pipeline
- Participate in seminars, demonstrations, and presentations.

- A degree in life sciences or a similar field
- Proven success in a relatable sales role, ideally in life sciences
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to regional Victoria and occasionally interstate
- Demonstrable experience working in a laboratory environment
- Experience with CRM management tools
- Knowledge of digital biology technologies.
