We are a team of OT's who are driven by positive patient outcomes and team work.About the Role:An opportunity for a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist has become available to join our team at Northern Health, working in a fast-paced acute hospital setting that provides a high-level clinical service to a variety of acute inpatient cohorts.This role predominately has an oncology, haematology and general medical caseload.You will work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team to facilitate dynamic discharge plans that are patient centred care and support access and flow throughout the health service.The role will work will work closely with the wider OT department to drive service development and ensuring a focus on innovations.This position is primarily based at the Epping Campus.To be successful in this role you will have:
