- Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or customer service, ideally 2+ years.
- A passion for people development, coaching and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of compliance and auditing, ideally in a regulated or transactional environment.
- A hands on approach and confidence to work independently when needed.
- A team first attitude with a commitment to building strong internal and external relationships.
