
Senior Accountant for an Engineering Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

- General Admin duties directed by Managing director.
- Informing customers through e-mail jobs ready for pick up daily around 10 e-mails daily
- Send requested copy of invoices requested by customers.
- Manage material entry via online portals and Sybiz accounting software
- Handle inbound phone calls (approx. 5–7 per day)
- Banking reconciliation on daily basis
- Maintain cash sale account on daily basis in excel sheets
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including reviewing aged debtors reports and sending credit watch letters
- Conduct monthly job costing (approx. 350–400 entries)
- Assist with general journal entries and monthly financial reporting
- Maintain and update customer credit limits and notify management of changes
- Maintain OH & S records
- 10-15 invoices in a month and update various excel sheets
- Contact customers seeking update on quoted projects through phone approx. 1 hour daily.
