- Prepare export and domestic delivery documentation.
- Process purchasing transactions and maintain stock records.
- Support financial administration including reconciliations and data entry.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation systems (Export Approved Arrangements and Safefood QLD).
- Assist with WHS records and toolbox meetings.
- Provide relief support to the Finance & Admin Coordinator and Depot Manager.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in providing administrative support to a finance department.
- Experience with Xero will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively while also showing initiative and accountability.
