This is a chance to join a purpose-driven organisation making a real impact.About the RoleReporting to the Financial Controller, you'll deliver timely and accurate financial reporting across the group, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage the external audit process. You'll provide technical accounting advice to senior leaders while supporting process improvements and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities

Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs
Oversee statutory financial statements in line with IFRS / AASB requirements
Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
Provide technical accounting advice to leadership and project teams
Drive process improvements in reporting, compliance, and internal controls
Mentor and support the development of junior finance staff

About You

CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
Big 4 or mid-tier chartered accounting background highly regarded
Strong technical accounting skills with deep IFRS / AASB knowledge
Experience in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or capital project environments beneficial
