
Email Marketing Specialist

- Build and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, nurture journeys, webinar promotions
- Ensure journeys across marketing (HubSpot) and sales (Apollo) are seamless from a content perspective and optimised for lead progression
- Manage global email calendar and coordinate campaign timelines with key stakeholders Automation & workflows
- Create and maintain automated workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and move prospects through the funnel.
- Oversee and review Apollo sales email cadences to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging consistency, and campaign objectives
- Analyse cadence performance
- Collaborate with sales and enablement teams to improve the quality, structure, and effectiveness of outbound communications.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and email marketing best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email formatting
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-marketing automation integration
- Experience working with global teams and localisation of email content.
