- Responding to enquiries from customers and logistics partners via phone and email
- Coordinating communications between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Resolving delivery issues with speed and a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Maintaining and updating delivery records using Excel and Google Sheets
- Preparing accurate freight quotes and pricing documentation
- Overseeing delivery tracking and status follow-ups
- Previous experience in the transport industry (preferred but not essential)
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence working with numbers and freight costings
