- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations and staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive guest experience and resolve any customer complaints
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Conduct staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or similar experience
- At least 5 years of experience in F&B management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with F&B trends and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and F&B software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
