- Define technical solutions of end-to-end intelligent systems that combine real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities
- Provide technical architecture support and guidance for Optimal Reality delivery teams
- Curate and guide core product development activities for scaled client implementation
- Lead and support business development opportunities, including preparing client proposals and scoping up client engagement
- Present and explain the Optimal Reality solution in business development presentations
- Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to implement clients solutions that are aligned to and part of improve an overarching product vision

- Extensive experience in a client facing/technical advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment
- Experience in leading complex technology transformation projects, including managing senior relationships with public and private sector organisations
- Demonstrated experience shaping technical solutions and cloud integration architecture, particularly AWS based architecture
- Demonstrated experience in scaled cloud deployment across multiple clients including devops, security and infrastructure experience
- Experience for simulation / digital twin implementation
- Demonstrated technical development experience, preferably in microservices systems
- Familiar with languages and tools including Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform
- Experience with GenAI/LLM Engineering and Agentic AI systems
- Have or be eligible for AGSVA baseline clearance
