Join a boutique, award-winning financial planning practice, supporting advisers to deliver tailored, holistic advice. As a Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in preparing advice documents, researching strategies, and ensuring advice is accurate and compliant.Duties:

Draft SOAs and ROAs aligned to client goals
Tailor financial strategies to meet client objectives
Compare strategies to identify the most suitable options
Research products, investments, insurance, and superannuation
Use Xplan to model client scenarios and maintain records

Skills & Experience:

Diploma or degree in Financial Planning
Knowledge of advice processes and legislation
Previous experience in paraplanning or financial planning support
Skilled in Xplan and financial modelling tools
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
