
Senior Commercial Finance Manager

- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis in collaboration with Accounting and FP&A.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.
- Analyse production costs and identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing, product profitability, and customer deal evaluations.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
- Develop business cases for investments, product launches, and market expansion.
- Monitor key financial and commercial KPIs, including gross margin, working capital, and sales.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and decision-support tools.
- Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal controls.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or working towards)
- 5+ years’ experience in finance business partnering, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and margin analysis
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), Excel, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable with challenging assumptions and influencing senior leaders
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations
