In this newly created role, you'll work within the Retail Media Delivery team and will be responsible for coordinating campaign logistics with suppliers and internal teams, assisting with setups, ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met, as well as reporting. You'll also play a key part in supporting the execution of campaigns that contribute to commercial outcomes for Wesfarmers Health and its partners.What you'll bring:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in media coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support roles
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals, and reporting (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, PageProof, SharePoint)
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Entry level experience to digital advertising platforms or campaign tools (eg. Meta Ads Manager, Zitcher, CitrusAd, Google Ads)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
