- Lead discovery to uncover customer problems identify opportunities and inform product strategy through research, workshops and co-design.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions by grounding decisions in customer insights, design thinking, user behaviour data and a “test and learn” mindset
- Rapidly conceptualize and prototype product and experience enhancements that respond to member feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs that are desirable for members, feasible for engineering and deliver on key business metrics,
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional roles (Product, Engineering, Data, Go-To-Market) to prioritize and execute high-impact features that drive member engagement and retention.
- Use real-time data, member insights, and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the customer experience. Navigate ambiguity and roadblocks with confidence-making fast, informed decisions to keep momentum and deliver value quickly.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed across touchpoints.
- Fosters a culture of experimentation, empathy, and excellence-where bold ideas are encouraged, and customer problems are solved through data-informed, inclusive digital experiences.
- End-to-End Product Design: Proven experience designing products end to end in cross functional teams.
- Member-Centric Design Thinking: Demonstrated track record of designing experiences that drive engagement, retention, and emotional connection with customers.
- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to quickly translate insights into prototypes and iterate based on customer feedback, analytics, and testing.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Skilled in using behavioral data, customer insights, and usability testing to validate design decisions and prioritize enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to successfully lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product and engineering stakeholders
- Design System Leadership: Experience maintaining and evolving scalable design systems that support consistency and speed across touchpoints.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, removing blockers, and making fast, informed design decisions to maintain momentum.
- AI-Enhanced Experience Design: Experience integrating GenAI within the design process or into consumer-facing products in ethical and intuitive ways.
- Design Advocacy: Advocate for design excellence and member-first thinking across the organization.
