Join a values-driven Victorian Government organisation delivering high-quality professional learning programs tailored to regional and rural communities.We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Program Support Officer (VPS3) to provide end-to-end program coordination and participant support at our Mildura Regional Centre.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program logistics from participant registration through to program conclusion.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
  • Set up and support program delivery spaces, both in-person and virtual.
  • Manage and maintain program resources, records and task management systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth program delivery.
